Welcome to my Bio page
Liarne Howarth is an Indigenous Australian artist who grew up around the Northern Beaches of Sydney NSW. She has lived in many places but after visiting the Coffs Harbour region 27 years ago, she fell in love with the beauty of the area and decided to settle there.
She has studied many subjects over time, and came into her own when she enrolled in the Visual Arts course at the local Coffs Harbour campus. By a happy accident during this course a camera was placed in her hands, which led to her passion for capturing the unique qualities of the imagery all around her. Her style is broad and encompasses a variety of compositions that include industrial, abstract, modern, surrealism and everyday life.
This same passion is also evident in her paintings. Liarne uses a painterly technique in either an expressionist or abstract style.
At the moment she is recycling computer parts, turning them into art pieces that are quirky and of practical use, adding a dynamic element to any home or office space.
Liarne spends her time exploring free form ideas while enjoying the challenges. She loves every moment and continues to evolve.
Liarne’s greatest strengths are her creativity and drive which in turn will expand her companies reach.
